This small family business cooks with love, using selected materials from small producers, based on the taste and quality. Offering vegan mushroom gyro souvlaki in two different versions:
Amanita Red: home-made tomato sause, (an old Sicilian recipe) mushrooms, avocado sause, vegan mayonnaise, skin potatoes, tomato salad.
Amanita Yellow: mustard, mushrooms, avocado sause, vegan mayonnaise, potatoes, tomato salad.
And alternative to mushroom gyro, the Amanita Kebab, in limited portions: lentil kebab, almond cream cheese, home-made tomato sauce, skin potatoes, tomato salad. Using fair trade and organic products and also recycled and biodegradable packaging, in order to succeed zero waste.
